Returning Empties

All our 5 & 20 litre containers can be returned to the Greenscents workshops for cleaning and reuse without charge.

Your returns can be ordered from the Accessories page. The courier will arrive with labels for the returns so you will need to be at home when the courier calls.  Please box or tape the returns together to reduce the number of separate items to collect.

What will we do with your empties?

When your containers arrive back with us, we will check that they have no dents or marks. Once we are happy that the containers can be reused, we will wash them out with organic vinegar and rinse them carefully with a power hose. We always use new caps and new labels with returned containers.

Our experience with retailers suggests that your containers will be reused up to 20 times!
